Emmanuel is a Bible-based Anglican church for people of all ages. Over a hundred of us from Surbiton, Berrylands, New Malden, Worcester Park and other areas meet regularly for teaching and fellowship, and we have a good presence in our local community.

Our Church

  • seeks to be warm and welcoming to people of all ages and backgrounds
  • aims to be family-friendly, with clubs and groups for children aged 0 to 19 on Sundays and through the week
  • provides Bible teaching which aims to be relevant to you in your daily life
  • has a wide range of activities throughout the week, including thriving home groups
  • has services which reflect the best of the old and new in worship

    Our Minister

    We were sad to say goodbye to our minister at the end of May.  After 6 years leading the church at Emmanuel, David and his family have moved to East Dean near Eastbourne to take up a ministry post there.

    John Birchill, Vicar at Christ Church Surbiton, will continue to have overall leadership responsibility for Emmanuel Church and will be more directly involved with us until we have a new minister.  And the search is on....!
